Born in São Paulo, Luiz started photographing when he was sixteen, borrowing a Kodak 120 from his father. 
From there on he never stopped shooting landscapes, family and friends, always as an amateur.
An advertising man by profession, Luiz has found in photography the perfect way to express his art.
In December 2000, he became a pro by joining the fashion photographer Carlos Gama Jr at his ' Fine Art Studio' .
Luiz is now developing a personal project with B&W nudes in the studio, as well as shooting urban landscapes.
